The Ligowave LigoDLB ECHO 5 is a flexible, small form-factor, radio designed for use in a range of point-to-point and point-to-multipoint situations. When combined with the ECHObracket the LigoDLB ECHO 5 becomes a short range PTP or PTMP device. Alternatively it can be used with a 60cm offset dish for medium to long range links.
In addition to the highly functional DLB OS, the DLB ECHO 5 comes equipped with LigoWave's dual firmware image feature. This protects the unit in the event of a power failure during a firmware upgrade - the unit will revert to the prior firmware if the upgrade fails. WNMS (Wireless Network Management System) support is included so your DLB ECHO 5 can be managed alongside your other Ligowave products.
The DLB ECHO 5 enclosure is constructed out of aluminium and polycarbonate plastic with UV inhibitors. This allows the DLB ECHO 5 to survive direct sunlight and harsh weather conditions for years. The unit itself is IP-67 rated and is equipped with a grounding lug making it resistant to electrical surges when installed professionally.
