Extended Warranties

LinITX offers extended warranties on the majority of products. For customers interested in having longer term peace of mind, if our standard 2 year warranty is not enough there is the option to purchase a 3 or 5 year extended warranty.

Same Day Dispatch

Order before 4pm and we will dispatch your items the same day. (Excludes weekends, bank holidays & orders that need pre- configuration.) We work with a number of different couriers to offer a variety of services to match your needs.

Live Stock Feed

All stock levels on our website are 100% updated in real time, with numbers increasing when a delivery arrives and reducing as orders come in. For items that are out of stock we will display the latest due date information.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over £90 for retail customers (only). This service is available to all mainland UK addresses and usually takes 1-2 days to arrive.

Training Provider

We offer a wide range courses from MikroTik, Ubiquiti and TP-Link. These courses are held at our training centres in Needham Market, Suffolk and Sheffield, South Yorkshire. For 2 or more people we can hold them at your business premises.

Trade & Credit Accounts

If you are regularly buying networking, IT, smart-home equipment or electronics for your business then you can set up a trade account which offers discounted rates. We also offer credit accounts to allow flexibility of paying for your orders.
