LinITX Ordering In Advance
LinITX now offers our customers the option to pre-order products that we do not physically have in stock in our warehouse, effectively reserving stock.
On products which are available to pre-order we show quantities and an estimated arrival date.
To pre-order products you can either call/email us or log into your account and select the "Add to preorder" button. You can add multiple items to your preorder list and send a single request.
Payment for pre-orders can only be accepted via a bank transfer which must be completed within 7 days of our order confirmation. Confirmed pre-orders which are not paid within 7 days will be cancelled and reserved stock then be made available to other customers.
Pre-order delivery dates are approximate and are not guaranteed as this is ultimately beyond our control, however only products that we have confirmed as ordered from our suppliers are listed as available for pre order.
Q. What happens if the pre-order delivery date is later than estimated?
A. We will advise you of a revised delivery date. Customers then have the choice of either
waiting for the advised later delivery date or
cancelling their order and receiving a refund of their payment in full.
