1. Coverage Scope:

This self-funded extended warranty policy covers any directly purchased product for
a duration of either 3 or 5 years depending on the service selected. The policy aims
to provide peace of mind to our customers by protecting their devices against
failures of any type, except those resulting from purposeful or accidental damage
inflicted by the user. This policy is designed to ensure that your products continue
to operate at peak performance throughout the coverage period.

2. Payment Structure:

Customers will have the option to make a one-time upfront payment for the
extended warranty coverage at the time of purchasing their products from
Multithread Consultants Ltd. The cost of the extended warranty will be determined
by the cost of the Item and displayed clearly on the product page or quotation.
There will be no recurring payments for this service.

3. Eligibility:

Multithread Consultants trade Extended Warranty Policy is available to trade
customers who directly purchase our products for resale. Notwithstanding the right
to resell the product, the Extended Warranty Policy remains non-transferable and is
solely applicable to the original purchaser. In the event of a claim under the
extended warranty policy, the product must be returned to us through the original
purchaser. The eligibility of the claim will be determined based on the terms and
conditions of the policy outlined within this document at the time of the claim. Any
claim made under this policy will be subject to verifification of the original purchase
and compliance with the terms and conditions of this policy.

4. Coverage Details:

4.1 Product Failures:

4.1.1 This policy covers any type of device failure that occurs during the coverage
period. Whether it is a hardware malfunction, software issue, or any other failure
that affects the device's normal operation. Customers can rely on this warranty for
repairs or replacements.

4.1.2 Replacement products hereunder may be refurbished or new, at the
Company’s sole option. In the event the Covered Product has been discontinued
by the Manufacturer, you will receive a functionally comparable replacement
product, as determined by Multithread Consultants Ltd.

4.2 Exclusions:

4.2.1 User-Inflicted Damage: Damage resulting from purposeful or accidental
actions by the user, including physical damage, mishandling, or unauthorised
modifications, are not covered by this policy.

4.2.2 Power Surges: Whilst this policy covers device failures, it does not cover
damages caused by power surges or electrical issues. Customers are encouraged to
use surge protectors or a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) device to safeguard
their equipment against such issues.

4.2.3 Improper mounting or installation of equipment including water ingress due
to improper mounting or incorrect cabling.

4.2.4 Products that have been modified and/or altered, or an addition made thereto,
except by the original Manufacturer, or as approved by the Manufacturer in writing.

4.2.5 Products that have been permanently painted, rebranded or physically
modified in any way.

4.2.6 Damage due to natural disasters. Including but not limited to: lightning, flood,
tornado, earthquake, heavy rain or hurricane.

4.2.7 Covered Products that have no original product label, are missing any other
necessary original manufacturer label, or are manufactured by and carry the brand
of a third party that is not the original Manufacturer.

4.2.8 Software Fixes: In the event that a software issue renders the customer's
device unusable or significantly impacts its functionality, and a software fix is
available from the Manufacturer, the customer is obligated to upgrade to and
thoroughly test the latest version before initiating any warranty claims. Failure to
adhere to this requirement may result in the denial of warranty coverage for the
reported issue.

4.2.9 Damage or impairment as a result of using any non approved third party
hardware, software or firmware.

4.3 Unauthorised Repairs:

Any repairs, modifications, alterations, or replacements of any parts of the
product performed by anyone other than an authorised service representative,
as determined by Multithread in its sole discretion, shall be considered
‘Unauthorised Repairs’. Any such Unauthorised Repairs shall immediately
void and terminate this Extended Warranty policy. Multithread shall have
no further obligations under this Agreement following any Unauthorised
Repairs, including any obligation to repair, replace, or service the product.
The customer acknowledges and agrees that Unauthorised Repairs may cause damage
to the product that is not covered by this Extended Warranty policy.

4.3.1 Multithread Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, revenue, data,
or use, incurred by the customer or any third party, whether in an action in contract
or tort, arising from or in connection with the use or performance of the product
covered by the extended warranty. This includes the time taken to process any
claims in full.

5. Claim Process:

In the event of a device failure covered by this extended warranty, customers should
follow these steps to initiate a claim:

i) Contact LinITX (a trademark of Multithread Consultants Ltd) customer support
either via Email, Phone or by filling out a support request via our Ecommerce
website “LinITX.com” to report the issue.
ii) Provide proof of purchase, including the extended warranty policy details.
iii) Describe the nature of the device failure in detail and provide its Serial Number
or MAC address (Manufacturer dependant).

5.1 After verifying the claim, Multithread Consultants Ltd will facilitate the collection,
repair or replacement of the affected product and return to the customer. A
maximum of one collection and delivery will be attempted, any subsequent
collection or delivery fees are to be covered by the customer.

6. Customer Support:

Multithread Consultants Ltd will provide dedicated customer support (Via LinITX) to
assist customers with warranty claims, inquiries, and assistance throughout the
coverage period. Customers can reach out through phone, email, or online form for
prompt assistance. This assistance is limited to fault finding and diagnostic work and
will not cover any configuration issues or user errors. Support of this nature is
covered by our Professional Support packages.

7. Renewal and Transferability:

This extended warranty policy is non-renewable and non-transferable. It is valid only
for the original purchaser and the specific products covered at the time of purchase
as stated in the invoice.

8. Cancellation:

The customer may cancel the extended warranty within 30 days from the purchase
date, after this period the Extended Warranty is non-refundable.

9. Disclaimer:

The terms and conditions of this extended warranty policy, including the upfront
payment amount and coverage details, may be subject to change. Customers are
advised to review the policy documentation provided at the time of purchase for the
most up-to-date information. We reserve the right to modify these terms and
conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the company's website.
