The MikroTik Knot Embedded LTE4 is a compact yet rugged industrial-grade LTE gateway engineered to bring resilient cellular connectivity and flexible IoT integration to tight spaces and mission-critical projects.

Designed for system integrators, automation specialists, and IoT builders, this robust device packs LTE Cat 4 mobile networking, Bluetooth Low Energy support and GNSS positioning into a DIN rail-mountable enclosure, making it ideal for industrial cabinets, smart city systems, vehicle tracking nodes or telemetry endpoints where wired connectivity isn’t practical.

Powered by RouterOS with a full networking stack, it enables secure VPNs, firewall controls, automation scripting, remote management and real-time monitoring right out of the box. Dual SIM support with Nano SIM and eSIM ensures redundancy and continuous service in demanding deployments, while a gigabit Ethernet port with PoE-in simplifies power and network delivery through a single cable. Sensor-ready GPIO interfaces allow direct connection to digital and analogue inputs or external triggers, and Bluetooth BLE expands your reach to low-power IoT sensors and beacons.

External antenna connectors let you optimise wireless performance in electrically noisy or metal environments, and GNSS support (GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo) adds reliable positioning and timing to tracking and synchronisation applications. With its mix of industrial-strength connectivity, compact form factor and powerful embedded software, the Knot Embedded LTE4 delivers versatile, reliable cellular networking wherever you need it.

Note - unit must not be turned on without having a Main Antenna attached. This unit does not innately come with an antenna and so one will need to be purchased along side it.
