The HGO-LTE-W can handle a frequency range of 699Mhz - 3.8GHz meaning it can be used for LoRA, LTE, and CAT-M/NB connectivity. Combining the HGO-LTE-W with the Mikrotik KNOT will allow you to communicate with 868MHz devices and then send the data via LTE - all from the same antenna.
