The Tycon Systems TP-DCDC-1224G is a high efficiency solution with integrated PoE injector for installs that require a passive PoE source from a 12VDC voltage source, such as a battery system or vehicle.
The TP-DCDC-1224G has a common - and two +'s for connecting two power sources, allowing for a primary and backup source, and accepts gigabit data-in to a shielded RJ45 to provide gigabit data-out and PoE power (Ethernet Pins 4,5(V+) and 7,8 (V-)) over the shielded RJ45 output.
