The Tycon POE-EXT-GD-HP is a high-power shielded gigabit ethernet extender designed to to remove the standard 100m limit on POE applications.
The POE-EXT-GD-HP adds an additional 100m to PoE connections and, through the use of multiple extenders, this can be increased to a maximum of 300m on CAT5/CAT6 cables.
The POE-EXT-GD-HP is powered by POE which means no additional power source or cables are required. With an IP66 rating and powder coated aluminium enclosure the POE-EXT-GD-HP is a rugged unit and able to withstand temperatures from -25°C to +55°C.
