The Ubiquiti Gigabeam Plus GBE-Plus is a high performance 60GHz radio capable of supporting up to a 1Gbps data rate with very low latency making it ideal as a high throughput backhaul or edge PTP solution in WISP deployments.
The integrated Cassegrain reflector design allows the GBE-Plus to achieve significant gain improvements over the standard Gigabeam. Set-up is made easy via the UISP dashboard or UISP app over Bluetooth.
Note that all new installations in the UK after 12th May 2021 are required to be covered by a Spectrum Access EHF licence. Existing installations which were installed prior to this will need to be covered by a Spectrum Access EHF licence from the 30th November 2021.
