The Ubiquiti UACC-SSD-Tray is a purpose-built storage expansion accessory designed to add flexible NVMe SSD capacity to compatible UniFi Cloud Gateway & NAS devices. Engineered to integrate seamlessly with supported systems such as Cloud Gateway Max and Cloud Gateway Fiber, the tray allows users to install an M.2 NVMe drive for UniFi Protect video recordings and caching on UNAS devices.

Built for reliability and long-term use, the tray features a robust multi-material construction that combines aluminium alloy, polycarbonate, and stainless steel components. This design provides excellent durability while also supporting efficient heat dissipation and stable drive mounting within the gateway enclosure. The compact structure ensures the tray fits neatly into the device without adding unnecessary weight or complexity, maintaining a clean and professional installation.

The tray supports a wide range of M.2 NVMe SSD form factors including 2230, 2242, 2260, 2280, and 22110, giving users the flexibility to choose storage capacities and performance levels that suit their deployment requirements. Once installed, the SSD connects through a PCIe Gen3 x2 interface (Gen2x1 for UNAS-4), delivering reliable data throughput that balances performance with energy efficiency for gateway-based workloads.
