The DR3650V-4G is an AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 desktop DSL gateway that combines high-speed broadband, 4G LTE connectivity, advanced networking features and enterprise grade management into a single, powerful solution. Designed for small and medium-sized businesses, branch offices and remote locations, it delivers fast, dependable internet access while providing the flexibility to operate across DSL, Ethernet and mobile broadband connections.

Powered by dual-band Wi-Fi 6 technology, the DR3650V-4G offers combined wireless speeds of up to 3.0 Gbps, delivering the performance needed for cloud applications, video conferencing, VoIP services and bandwidth-intensive workloads. Technologies such as OFDMA, 1024-QAM and 160 MHz channel support help improve network efficiency, increase throughput and reduce latency, ensuring reliable wireless connectivity for multiple users and connected devices.

The integrated VDSL2 Profile 35b modem supports broadband speeds of up to 350 Mbps and is fully compatible with VDSL2, ADSL2+, ADSL2 and ADSL services, making it suitable for a wide range of DSL providers. In addition to wired broadband, the router features built-in 4G+ Cat 6 LTE with dual Nano SIM slots, allowing mobile broadband to be used as either a primary internet connection or an automatic failover service. Intelligent load balancing across DSL, Ethernet WAN and 4G connections helps maximise uptime and maintain business continuity by keeping traffic flowing even if one connection becomes unavailable.

Designed with connectivity in mind, the DR3650V-4G includes five Gigabit Ethernet ports, comprising a configurable WAN/LAN port alongside four dedicated LAN ports for high-speed wired devices. Three RJ11 ports, including two FXS interfaces for VoIP telephony and a dedicated DSL port, provide support for integrated voice services, while the USB 3.0 port enables the connection of compatible storage devices or additional 4G/3G USB modems for even greater deployment flexibility.

Business-class security is built into the gateway, with support for IPSec, OpenVPN, WireGuard, PPTP, L2TP, GRE and SSL VPN technologies, enabling secure remote access for employees and encrypted site-to-site connectivity between offices. Comprehensive firewall capabilities, traffic management and advanced routing features help protect the network while maintaining optimal performance for critical business applications.

As part of the TP-Link Omada Software Defined Networking platform, the DR3650V-4G can be centrally managed alongside Omada switches and access points through cloud-based, hardware or software controllers. Administrators can remotely configure devices, monitor network health, deploy updates and manage multiple sites from a single interface, making it an ideal choice for organisations looking for a scalable, secure and easy-to-manage networking solution that combines broadband, wireless networking and mobile failover in one compact device.
