The RBFTC11 has 12-57V PoE with 802.3af/at support (with unshielded cross cable) and includes PoE injector and power supply.
MikroTik Fiber-to-Copper Converter supports 10/100/1000Mps Ethernet, you can use it when converting between different speeds on optical and copper, eg 10/100 ethernet to Gigabit optical SFP.
