TP-LINK 8-Port Gigabit Smart Switch with 4-Port PoE+ - TL-SG108PE

The TL-SG108PE by TP-Link is an 8 port switch designed for small business environments that require simple network management and PoE functions, with its compact size making it an ideal choice for desktops with limited space.

The first four ports on the TL-SG108PE support 802.3af/at PoE and can automatically detect and supply power to compliant devices such as wireless access points, IP security cameras and IP phones, with a maximum power budget of 64W available. Should this 64W budget be exceeded, the switch itself will protect from overloading by automatically cutting power to the powered device with least priority (Port 1 highest priority and port 4 lowest) to ensure that the higher priority devices remain on in this scenario.

The TL-SG108PE offers a number of useful features such as network monitoring, PoE Auto Recovery, traffic prioritisation and enhanced Quality of Service (QoS) through its web-based user interface and management utility.

Port based, MTU and tag-Based VLAN capabilities also allow the TL-SG108PE switches to improve security and meet more network segmentation requirements.
