The TP-Link Deco M5 Home Mesh Access Point the next step in home mesh technology. The Deco M5 is designed to provide the best possible wireless coverage by utilising multiple units working seamlessly together.
Each Deco M5 unit acts like a router in order to maintain high wireless speeds for multiple connected devices and minimise dead zones in wireless coverage. The wireless mesh network will appear as a single SSID to client devices which allows you to walk from room to room and maintain a connection on your wireless devices.
Tp-Link consider network security to be a top priority which is why the Deco M5 comes equipped with WPA2 wireless security, robust family WiFi controls, and antivirus protection powered by their HomeCare service. HomeCare is a complementary service included with the Deco M5 and provides a host of security features including; real-time antivirus, intrusion prevention, content filtering, blocking malicious sites, and much more.
The Deco M5 is built to make life simple; it can be configured in minutes through the Deco app and is compatible with any modem or ISP. Once configured the Deco M5 automatically adjusts to provide you with the best possible connection as you move around your home, and will even reroute traffic in the event one of your Deco units loses power or is disrupted. Management is made simple through the Deco app which you can use to monitor and manage your network in just a few taps.
The Deco M5 can even be paired with Amazon Alexa, allowing you to control your network with simple voice commands.
