The UniFi Enterprise Access Hub EAH-8 is an enterprise-grade hub designed for entry and exit control of up to eight doors, along with battery backup support. It offers eight lock terminals (12V or Dry), 16 inputs for request-to-exit devices and door position sensors, and eight Power over Ethernet (PoE) ports for Access Readers. Additionally, it includes four auxiliary terminals for chimes, sirens, or door openers, and a battery backup input (32–48V).

The EAH-8 has dimensions of 379 x 355 x 105 mm, its enclosure is made from SGCC housing with a PC cover, and it includes an SGCC wall mount plate. The hub features a networking interface with ten 10/100/1000 Base-T ports and a universal input power method of 100-240V AC. Its internal AC/DC power supply can consume a maximum of 240W. The PoE interface supports a total available PoE of 60W, with a maximum PoE wattage per port of 15.4W.

EAH-8 provides eight inputs for both request-to-exit devices and door position sensors, along with one emergency input. The hub also includes eight dry output relay lock terminals and four auxiliary terminals for advanced setup. It is designed for indoor use only.
