PLEASE NOTE: These products were returned to us after installation once it was discovered that the incorrect switches had been ordered by the customer and, as a result, the retail box, unit and/or accessories do have some signs of previous use. All items have been tested in our office and confirmed to be fully functional, with any imperfections (such as scratching on the switch or rackmount ears) on the switches having no effect on the performance.
The small rubber feet that come with the product if you wish to desk mount the switch are also, unfortunately, missing. All other parts (Screws, rackmount ears and cables) are present.
